Job Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor high-speed aluminium can manufacturing machines (Body Maker, Cupper, Trimmer, Washer, Decorator, Necking, Flanger).
• Ensure smooth machine operation as per SOP and production plan.
• Load raw materials (aluminium coils / cups) and monitor output quality.
• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.
• Check critical quality parameters like can height, diameter, wall thickness, coating quality, and print defects.
• Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, and vision systems.
• Identify machine abnormalities and carry out minor troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.




• Maintain production, rejection, and downtime records.
• Follow GMP, food safety standards, safety norms, and 5S practices.
• Ensure compliance with CANPACK quality standards and customer requirements.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
• Experience in aluminium can / beverage can manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of high-speed production lines and automation.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Awareness of food-grade packaging quality and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts.
