Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Translate Business Objectives Into Design Requirements, Integrating Design Thinking Into Manufacturing Process Planning To Enhance Product Development Efficiency.
2. Lead A Team Of Designers In Developing And Implementing Manufacturing Process Plans, Ensuring Adherence To Design Standards And Alignment With Strategic Business Goals.
3. Present Manufacturing Design Concepts And Strategies To Stakeholders, Facilitating Discussions To Gather Feedback And Refine Design Approaches.
4. Establish And Uphold Design Standards, Guidelines, And Best Practices Specific To Manufacturing Processes, Ensuring Consistency And Quality Across All Design Outputs.
5. Research And Analyze Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Manufacturing Process Planning, Applying Insights To Foster Innovation And Improve Design Practices.
