Role Description The Travel Consultant – Ticketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Mananthavady. This position involves handling day-to-day ticketing operations, including booking and issuing flight tickets, managing changes and cancellations, and ensuring accurate fare calculations. The consultant will coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, maintain reservation records, and work closely with customers to understand their travel needs and provide suitable options.

Responsibilities also include advising clients on routes, schedules, and travel requirements, resolving booking-related issues,



and collaborating with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to advise clients on suitable itineraries and travel solutions.
- Experience managing Travel Arrangements, including ticketing, scheduling, and coordinating multi-leg journeys.
- Proficient in Reservations, including using booking systems, managing PNRs, and ensuring accurate, timely confirmations.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with major GDS or airline booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and basic fare and ticketing rules.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment; ability to collaborate with colleagues and maintain professional conduct.
- Relevant experience in travel agencies or ticketing roles; a diploma or certification in Travel and Tourism or related field is an advantage.
