About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-centric Remote Travel Consultant with strong destination knowledge and sales skills. In this role, you will interact with incoming client inquiries, understand their travel preferences, curate personalized domestic and international holiday packages, and guide them through booking seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Inquiry Conversion: Connect with warm leads (phone, WhatsApp, email) to understand client travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Itinerary Planning & Costing: Custom-design detailed holiday itineraries (flights, hotels, cabs, sightseeing, activities) for domestic and international destinations.
- Client Consultation: Explain package details, highlight key attractions, resolve queries, and pitch high-converting travel solutions.
- Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with destination management companies (DMCs), hotel teams, and local transport partners to secure competitive rates and check availability.
- End-to-End Booking Management: Collect client payments, issue vouchers, process flight/hotel bookings, and provide pre-departure briefings.
- On-Trip Support:



Provide prompt assistance to clients during their trip in case of itinerary modifications or emergency support needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a Travel Consultant / Sales Executive in a tour operator or travel agency workplace.
- Destination Expertise: In-depth knowledge of popular destinations (Domestic: Sikkim, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Kerala, etc. / International: Vietnam, Bali, Thailand, Dubai, etc.).
- Sales & Communication Skills: Persuasive phone communication skills with strong written fluency in English and Hindi.
- Costing & Calculation: Ability to calculate package margins, hotel surcharges, and customized pricing quickly and accurately.
- Tech Comfort: Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), and basic CRM systems.
- Remote Work Discipline: Highly accountable, punctual, and capable of working independently with consistent daily reporting.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
