Role Description The Tendering Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram, responsible for leading end-to-end tender management activities for medical systems and related solutions. The role involves identifying relevant tender opportunities, coordinating tender preparation, gathering technical and commercial inputs, and ensuring timely submission in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Tendering

Manager collaborates closely with sales, procurement, finance, and technical teams to develop competitive bids, maintain tender documentation, and support price and contract negotiations. Daily tasks include monitoring tender portals, analyzing tender specifications, managing tender trackers, and providing regular status updates and reports to management.



The role also focuses on continuous process improvement, risk assessment, and adherence to internal controls to strengthen the company’s tendering operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Tender Management and Tender Preparation skills, including experience with end-to-end bid processes and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Procurement-related skills, such as vendor coordination, cost analysis, and understanding of procurement policies and regulations.
- Candidates should possess Sales-oriented skills, including commercial acumen, customer relationship management, and the ability to align bids with business growth objectives.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, prioritization, deadline management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, commerce, or a related field; experience in medical devices or healthcare infrastructure tendering is preferred.

- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, manage multiple tenders simultaneously, and adhere to compliance and ethical standards.
