Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective families, explaining Sunbeam World School’s programs, and guiding them through the admissions process. The specialist will respond to inbound inquiries, provide accurate information about courses, fees, and enrollment procedures, and follow up with leads to convert them into enrolled learners.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in the CRM, meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets, and collaborating with the admissions and marketing teams to refine call scripts and promotional messaging.

Specialist will also provide courteous customer support, gather feedback from callers, and contribute to ongoing improvement of the overall enrollment experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain academic programs clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including telesales or inside sales, with a focus on meeting targets and managing leads.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a commitment to providing respectful, solution-oriented assistance.
- Ability to deliver Training or guidance to prospective learners and parents on using online platforms and understanding school processes.
- Proficiency with CRM or lead management tools and basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, office software).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and other regional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in education, edtech, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field is an added benefit.
- Strong time management skills, resilience under targets, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.
