Role Summary

n

Support fund accounting, investor operations, and financial reporting activities across private equity, private credit, co-investment vehicles, and fund structures. The role requires ownership of fund accounting processes, investor servicing, capital activity management, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities: -

Fund Accounting & Reporting

n

n
- Support end-to-end fund accounting activities across multiple investment structures.
n
- Prepare and review cash, position, capital activity, and NAV reconciliations.
n
- Record journal entries, accruals, allocations, and period-end adjustments.
n
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
n
- Prepare NAV packages, financial statements, and management reporting deliverables.
n
- Calculate management fees, carried interest, and investor allocations.
n
- Support fund performance reporting, including IRR and MOIC calculations.
n

Investor Operations

n

n
- Coordinate capital call and distribution processes.
n
- Prepare investor notices and capital account statements.
n
- Maintain investor transaction records and commitment schedules.
n
- Support investor reporting and communications.
n
- Manage reporting trackers and investor information requests.
n

Compliance & Audit Support

n

n
- Support audit requests and preparation of supporting schedules.
n
- Assist with regulatory reporting requirements.
n
- Review fund expenses, allocations, and reporting controls.
n
- Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, and compliance teams..
n

Required Experience

n

n
- 4-8 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Private Credit Funds, or Alternative Investments.
n
- Strong understanding of partnership accounting and fund structures.
n
- Experience with NAV preparation and investor reporting.
n
- Knowledge of capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest.
n
- Robust reconciliation and financial reporting expertise.
n
- Advanced Excel skills.
n

Preferred Experience

n

n
- Experience with Investran, Allvue, Geneva, eFront, or similar systems.
n
- Exposure to LP reporting and private markets operations.
n
- Familiarity with AIFMD, FATCA/CRS, and other regulatory requirements.
n
