The Advisor role is an end-to-end ownership position, acting as the single point of accountability for customers through their homebuying journey — from the first discovery call to property purchase and post-sales engagement. Advisors are supported by a strong Research & Intelligence team that provides market insights and analysis.

- Understand customer needs, preferences, and investment goals

- Help evaluate projects, developers, and market opportunities

- Provide research-backed insights and recommendations

- Build trust-based relationships and support customers through their purchase decisions
