Role Overview : We're hiring a Senior Manager and Manager for our Statutory, Internal & Systems Audit practice. This role suits an experienced audit professional ready to independently plan, execute, and conclude engagements while leading and mentoring audit teams.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Plan, execute, and conclude statutory, internal, and systems audit engagements independently
n
- Lead and review the work of audit teams on large, complex, multi-industry assignments
n
- Ensure compliance with Standards on Auditing (SAs), Ind AS, the Companies Act, and applicable tax regulations
n




- Manage client relationships with robust client-facing communication and reporting
n
- Support IT/systems audit and internal controls assessments (DISA/CISA exposure a plus)
n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience
n
- Prior experience at a large or mid-size CA firm
n
- Strong technical knowledge of SAs, Ind AS, Companies Act, and tax regulations
n
- Proven ability to lead audit teams and manage engagements end-to-end
n
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred
n
- DISA / CISA certification an added advantage
n
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
n
