About The Role

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing Russian-language content, conducting online research, and providing valuable insights to support model training and optimization. Qualifications

- Proficiency in reading and writing fluently in both English and Russian, with demonstrated high comprehension skills.

- Ability to provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback to guide AI model improvements.

- Experience working with quantitative data, such as sales distributions, to identify trends and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Read and summarize extensive Russian-language documents, organizing content into logical sections suitable for model training.
- Perform independent online research to verify factual claims and ensure the accuracy of source material.
- Annotate large datasets with detailed notes, feedback, and suggestions to improve language model outputs.
- Design and develop scenario-based puzzles that evaluate the reasoning capabilities of AI models and generate corrective explanations where necessary.
- Analyze quantitative examples, such as sales data,



to identify growth patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers and data scientists to incorporate analytical findings into model fine-tuning processes.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
