Qualifications
- Must have own clients.
- Candidates should possess robust Business Development and New Business Development skills, with a proven ability to generate and close opportunities in US IT staffing.
- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology domain understanding to effectively position staffing solutions and communicate with technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident client presentations.
- Candidates should possess effective Account Management and relationship-building skills to maintain and grow existing client partnerships.
- Relevant experience in US IT staffing or IT services sales, preferably working with mid-size and enterprise clients.
