Role Description The Interior Architect will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, collaborating with project teams to design and execute interior spaces for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior architectural concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings; coordinating material selections, finishes, and furnishings; and ensuring design alignment with client requirements, budget, and regulatory standards. The role involves working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to oversee interior fit-outs, manage design changes, and resolve site issues.



The Interior Architect will participate in client presentations, prepare design documentation and 3D visualizations, and support project timelines from concept through completion. The position requires consistent on-site coordination to ensure that the built environment reflects the approved design intent with high quality and functionality.
Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Architecture and Interior Architecture, with the ability to integrate building systems and interior concepts cohesively.
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centered environments.
- Hands-on experience in Interior Fit-out execution, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles, materials, and energy-efficient solutions for interior projects.
- Ability to use design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple projects and site challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design, or an equivalent relevant qualification; prior experience in architectural or interior firms is an advantage.
