Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage dealer & distributor networks
n
- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors & channel partners
n
- Drive primary & secondary sales and achieve sales targets
n
- Conduct regular market visits and generate recent business opportunities
n
- Conduct dealer/contractor/electrician meets and market activation activities
n
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts and channel partner data
n

n

Preferred Profile:

n

5+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Dealer Sales / Distribution Sales / Field Sales

n

Experience in Electrical, Wires & Cables, Lighting, Switchgear, Building Materials, Paints or related industries

n

Strong dealer/distributor management and relationship-building skills

n

Positive local market knowledge and communication skills

n

Proven track record of achieving sales targets
