Role Overview

n

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle customer queries through multiple channels including voice, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails.
n
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
n
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
n
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
n
- Document customer interactions in the CRM/system.
n
- Meet individual and team performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
n
- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
n




- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer escalations.
n

Eligibility Criteria

n

n
- Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of BPO/Customer Service experience.
n
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per process requirement).
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
n
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
n
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
n
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
