We are looking for an experienced SME – Networking (L3) to join our growing team at SHI India

n

The role involves managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex enterprise network environments within a Managed Services setup. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in network security, SD-WAN, routing, wireless, cloud networking, and advanced L3 troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure network solutions.
n
- Provide L3-level troubleshooting for complex network, connectivity, and performance issues.
n
- Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls and Meraki SD-WAN.
n
- Handle routing, switching, BGP, VPN, SD-WAN, and network security technologies.
n
- Configure and support Aruba/Mist, Sophos, Fortinet, Cisco, and related technologies.
n




- Support hybrid and multi-cloud network connectivity and infrastructure.
n
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues.
n
- Collaborate with L1/L2 teams, internal stakeholders, and OEM/vendor support teams.
n
- Drive network automation, monitoring, and operational improvements.
n
- Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
n

Mandatory L3 Expertise

n

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in:

Palo Alto Firewall

n

BGP / Routing

n

Meraki SD-WAN

n

Advanced Network Troubleshooting

n

Experience & Skills

n

n
- 8+ years of relevant Network Engineering experience.
n
- Strong experience in a Managed Services environment.
n
- Hands-on experience with enterprise networking and security technologies.
n
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
