About the Role

n

VM Modular Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Sales Executive – Interiors to drive sales, manage client relationships, and convert interior design opportunities into successful projects.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, references, digital channels, and other sources.
n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable modular/interior solutions.
n
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visit, quotation, negotiation, and closure.
n
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
n
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and design concepts in coordination with the design team.
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other key stakeholders.
n
- Follow up consistently on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
n




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
n
- Coordinate with Design, Project, Production, and other internal teams for smooth execution.
n
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Requirements

n

n
- 3+ years of proven experience in Interior / Modular Kitchen / Home Interiors.
n
- Strong knowledge of interior products, materials, and customer requirements.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
n
- Target-oriented with a strong business and customer focus.
n
- Ability to independently manage leads and convert prospects into customers.
n
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
n
- Immediate joiners preferred.
