About the Role

n

Equicom Technologies is hiring an IT Infrastructure & Security Administrator to manage and secure the company's internal IT environment for our next-generation crypto trading platform, CRPKO.

n

This role is focused on enterprise IT operations, endpoint security, identity and access management, employee device governance, and internal infrastructure stability across a hybrid workforce workplace.

n

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android devices, along with centralized identity/access systems, security enforcement, onboarding/offboarding processes, and corporate SaaS administration.

n

This is a high-trust role within a security-sensitive fintech/crypto environment.

n

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity & Access Management

n

n
- Manage employee accounts, roles, permissions, and access lifecycle
n
- Administer Zoho One and related enterprise SaaS platforms
n
- Enforce MFA, password policies, RBAC, and access governance
n
- Handle employee onboarding, role changes, and secure offboarding
n
- Conduct periodic access reviews and audit checks
n

n

Endpoint & Device Security

n

n
- Provision and manage company laptops and mobile devices
n
- Support MacBook, Windows, iPhone, Android, and hybrid device environments
n
- Maintain endpoint protection, encryption, and compliance standards
n
- Configure remote wipe, lock, recovery, and security enforcement policies
n




- Monitor unauthorized software, risky configurations, and shadow IT usage
n

n

Corporate IT Administration

n

n
- Maintain company-wide IT asset inventory and device tracking
n
- Manage VPN access, WiFi/network access, and internal IT policies
n
- Troubleshoot employee IT/security issues efficiently
n
- Coordinate with vendors and SaaS providers for enterprise tooling
n
- Support office IT infrastructure and operational continuity
n

Security Operations

n

n
- Investigate suspicious login/activity patterns
n
- Help strengthen internal security posture and operational controls
n
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and IT processes
n
- Assist with security awareness initiatives and phishing prevention
n
- Support incident response coordination when required
n

n

Infrastructure Support

n

n
- Provide basic Linux/server administration support where required
n
- Assist engineering/security teams with secure access management
n
- Support internal tooling, authentication flows, and operational reliability
n

n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- 5–8+ years of experience in IT Administration, Infrastructure, or Corporate Security Operations
n
- Strong experience with:
n
- Zoho One administration
n
- Endpoint/device management




n
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
n
- MFA enforcement and access governance
n
- Corporate IT operations
n
- Hands-on experience managing:
