Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 25-30 DME Billing professionals.
- Monitor daily billing operations, claims processing, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management activities.
- Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, accuracy, and SLA targets.
- Drive collections and revenue realization through effective claim management and AR recovery.
- Analyze operational reports, dashboards, and productivity metrics.
- Conduct regular team huddles, one-on-one sessions, and performance reviews.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve productivity and quality.
- Manage staffing, attendance, scheduling, and workforce allocation.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and payer-specific billing guidelines.
- Conduct quality audits and implement corrective action plans.
- Support client reporting, operational reviews, and escalation management.
- Collaborate with Quality, Training, HR, and MIS teams to achieve business objectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence initiatives.




- Support automation and workflow optimization projects.

Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Lead / Assistant Team Lead / SME handling teams.
- Experience managing teams of 25 FTEs.
- Strong understanding of:
- DME Billing
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Denial Management
- Payment Posting
- Claims Processing
- Medicare & Medicaid Billing
- Commercial Insurance Billing
- Revenue Cycle Management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Educational QualificationUG: Any GraduatePreferred:

- MBA
- Healthcare Management Certification
- Healthcare RCM Certification

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
