About Zenen Creative Studio

We're a design-focused creative studio building bold, distinctive brand experiences — from strategy to visual identity to content. This isn't a role buried in a large team structure. It's a chance to work directly and daily with our Co-Founder, who personally drives content ideation, brand strategy, content strategy, pitch decks, and often jumps into design and video edits herself. We're looking for someone who wants to learn at that level, not from the sidelines.

This is a rare kind of internship. You won't be fetching coffee or doing busywork buried three layers down from decision-makers. You'll be in the room (virtually) every single day — brainstorming, researching references, shaping strategy, and eventually helping lead the team alongside her.

This role is for you if:

- You want to learn brand and content strategy directly from a founder, not from a manual or a senior who's two levels removed
- You're a sharp, curious thinker who can bring ideas to the table, not just take notes
- You're comfortable being a generalist — strategy one day, a quick graphic or video edit the next
- You want real growth, not a fixed 3-month internship that ends nowhere — this role has a clear path to a permanent, full-time position with proper salary based on your performance
- You can take initiative and eventually help lead the team, not just execute tasks

This role is NOT for you if:

- You want a rigid, single-skill role with no ambiguity
- You're looking for a resume-filler internship, not a growth prospect
- You're not comfortable with fast-paced, founder-level thinking and quick pivots
- You need heavy structure and can't operate with a "figure it out and bring me options" style of working

What You'll Do

- Brainstorm content and brand ideas directly with the Co-Founder — daily




- Research and pull references for brand strategy, content direction, and pitch decks
- Help build and refine pitch decks for client and business development use
- Support content strategy planning and execution
- Occasionally step in for basic graphic design posts and video edits when needed
- Over time, help coordinate and lead the team alongside the Co-Founder as you grow into the role

What We Need From You

- Strong strategic and creative thinking — you can generate ideas, not just execute them
- Genuine interest in branding, content, and marketing strategy
- Basic working knowledge of graphic design and/or video editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Canva — whatever you're comfortable with)
- Excellent communication — you'll be working closely with the Co-Founder every day, so clarity and responsiveness matter
- Someone who is fully committed, reliable, and eager to grow — this internship is designed to turn into something bigger for the right person
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving, founder-led environment

Growth Path

This internship starts at ₹5,000/month, but it is designed as a launchpad, not a dead end. Based on your performance, this role will transition into a permanent position with a proper salary. You'll be growing your skillset and your role at the same time — this is as close as it gets to learning the business from the inside, directly from a founder.
