Role Description The Store Manager role at Blinkit is a full-time, on-site position based in Meerut.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store standards to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for leading and coaching store staff, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.

and driving customer satisfaction and retention. Additional responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, implementing loss prevention measures, and collaborating with regional and central teams to meet operational and business goals.

Qualifications

- Robust customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Store Management experience in retail or similar environments, with the ability to oversee daily operations and staff.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills, with experience in team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
- Ability to analyze sales and operational data to drive improvements and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on process compliance.
- Prior experience in grocery, e-commerce, or fast-paced retail environments is preferred.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in retail management or a related field.
