Sales Executive – Jewellery Counter Sales

Caratbazaar is looking for a confident and target-driven Jewellery Sales Executive who can handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and convert enquiries into sales.

Responsibilities

- Attend customers at the jewellery counter and explain products professionally.
- Sell lab grown diamond, moissanite, gold, and silver jewellery.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and custom jewellery.
- Explain basic diamond quality, certification, pricing, metal options, and customization.
- Build trust with customers and help close sales.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain monthly sales targets and work towards achieving them.
- Keep product display, counter presentation,



and customer experience premium.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or showroom sales.
- Valuable knowledge of diamonds, jewellery, and customer handling.
- Strong selling, convincing, and communication skills.
- Polite, well-groomed, confident, and target-focused.
- Basic English and good Hindi communication preferred.
- Experience in diamond or premium jewellery sales will be a plus.

Salary

Fixed salary + sales incentives based on performance.
