Key Responsibilities-

- Lead & motivate the sales team

- Generate and convert property sales leads

- Handle CRM follow-ups, client meetings & site visits

- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
n
- Track team performance & maintain CRM reports
n
- Coach team members and manage channel partners
n

- 1+ year experience in real estate sales

- Team handling/leadership experience
n
- Solid communication & negotiation skills
n
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
n
- Noida/Greater Noida market knowledge preferred
