Role: Post-Placement Operations & Compliance Specialist (US IT Staffing)

Location: Uppal, Telangana.

Shift Timing: Night shifts (EST hours)

About the role

n

This role owns everything that happens after a candidate accepts an offer collecting and organizing every required document, coordinating background checks, tracking payment schedules, and issuing invoices, so nothing falls through the cracks between a placement closing and the paperwork being fully complete.

Responsibilities

Compliance & Documentation

n

n
- Collect offer letters, onboarding documents, and employment agreements.
n
- Ensure I-9, W-4, direct deposit, and client-required onboarding documents are complete.
n
- Track background checks and drug screenings.
n
- Maintain audit-ready consultant files.
n

Placement Administration

n

n




- Confirm joining dates.
n
- Track first day attendance.
n
- Monitor 30-day and 60-day retention milestones.
n
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and HR.
n

n

Billing & Collections

n

n
- Generate placement invoices.
n
- Track consultant payment obligations (if applicable).
n
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
n
- Reconcile received payments against expected schedules.
n
- Escalate overdue accounts.
n

n

Risk Management

n

n
- Identify no-show risks.
n
- Monitor early termination risks.
n
- Ensure all exceptions are documented and approved.
n
- Maintain written records of agreements and amendments.
n
