Qualified Chartered Accountant for Transaction Advisory & Consulting Division at Kolkata

Relevant work experience in a CA firm/professional services firm will be preferred. Fresher CAs with adequate articleship exposure are also welcome.

*Role & responsibilities*

The selected candidate will be involved in assignments relating to:

n

- Transaction Advisory Services
n
- Audit & Assurance
n
- Due Diligence (Financial and Business)
n
- Business and Equity Valuations
n
- Financial Analysis and Modelling
n
- MIS and Management Reporting
n
- Financial and Business Advisory
n
- Review and analysis of financial statements and business performance
n
- Identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities
n
- Preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables
n
- Coordination with clients and internal teams for smooth execution of assignments
n

*Preferred candidate profile*

n

n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
n
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, auditing, and financial analysis
n
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Proficiency in Basic softwares and Tech tools including AI platforms
n
- Good communication and report-writing skills
n




- Ability to independently handle assignments and work in a dynamic professional environment
n
- Willingness to learn and work across multiple domains and industries
