Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 1+ years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and analyse business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the successful delivery of projects that enhance business processes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and gap analysis.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support solution design, UAT planning, and defect resolution.
- Analyse business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Assist in change management and user training activities when required.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile,



and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms.
- Basic understanding of SQL for data analysis is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Certification such as CBAP, ECBA, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum is an added advantage.
