Job description:

Freshers or Digital marketing executives with 6months to 1 year experience are open to apply

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.

- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve results.

- Analyze marketing data to refine content and campaign strategies.

Human Resources:

- Manage recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

- Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.

- Assist in creating and maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Vendor management:

- coordinate with vendors for samples, catalogues and setup meetings
