Recruiter – US Shift

Location: Rohini, Delhi

Work Mode: 100% Onsite – 5 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team at our Rohini, Delhi office. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the hiring process from initial outreach through offer/closure.

Candidates from US staffing, international recruitment, BPO/RPO recruitment, corporate recruitment, or other recruitment backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates for skills, experience, communication, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations where required.




- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–5+ years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience in US/international recruitment is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced workplace.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts.

Important Requirements

- 5 days work from office – Rohini, Delhi.
- This is a 100% onsite position.
- Candidates must be able to commute independently to and from the Rohini office.
- No cab/transportation facility is provided by the company.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in US/night shifts.
- Candidates residing in Rohini, North Delhi, North-West Delhi, or nearby areas will be preferred.
