Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new business through architects, interior designers, dealers, builders, and furniture manufacturers.

* Conduct regular client visits and generate leads.

* Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.





* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

* Manage dealer development and market expansion.

* Maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

* Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

* Experience in paints, coatings, interior products, or building materials preferred.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory is mandatory.

* Field sales experience preferred.

* Personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
