About the Company

A Fortune 200 global organisation is standing up its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire senior accounting talent. You will help set the standard for how the centre closes its books from day one. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Senior Accountant, you will own the close, review the work of junior accountants, and make sure the numbers stand up to audit and leadership scrutiny.

Key Responsibilities

Close & Control

- Own month-end and year-end close, including complex accruals
- Review journals, reconciliations, and schedules for accuracy
- Strengthen controls and resolve reconciling items at the source

Reporting & Audit

- Prepare financial statements and supporting workpapers
- Be a primary contact for internal and external auditors




- Mentor junior accountants and improve close processes

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5 to 10 years in accounting with solid general-ledger ownership
- Deep knowledge of close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Hands-on with a major ERP such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Qualified CA, CPA, or ACCA
- Experience with US GAAP or IFRS reporting
- Exposure to a GCC or shared-services close environment
