- Develop new customers and business opportunities in industrial sectors.
- Manage existing customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Identify customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Handle leads, follow up on RFQs, quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
- Coordinate with field sales for customer visits, product presentations and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with principals, technical teams and internal sales support.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and customer information in CRM.
Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or related field.
- MBA marketing will be added advantage.
- 1- 3 years of B2B sales, sales coordination , sales support, field sales in industrial segment.
- Robust communication, negotiation, presentation and follow-up skills.
