Job Summary

"We are seeking a senior SAP ABAP on HANA Consultant to join our Offshore delivery team at E3.2 level. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for owning the technical design and delivery of complex ABAP on HANA developments on S/4HANA, including custom Fiori applications and BTP-based integration solutions. The role demands strong technical depth, to deliver scalable, future-proof solutions aligned with SAP's clean core principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop ABAP on HANA solutions using CDS Views, AMDP, and code pushdown techniques
Build and consume OData services using SAP Gateway (SEGW) and RAP
Develop SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and support Launchpad configuration
Implement integrations using RFC, IDocs, BAPIs, ALE, and web services
Perform performance tuning & optimization using SQL Monitor, SAT, ATC
Ensure adherence to Clean Core and SAP extensibility standards
RICEFW:
Reports/Enhancements: User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancements, BTE
Interfaces: IDocs, RFC, APIs, REST/SOAP, file-based integrations
Conversions: LSMW, BDC, Migration Cockpit, custom programs
Forms: SmartForms, SAPScript, Adobe Forms
Workflows: SAP Business Workflow & Fiori My Inbox
Delivery & Support:
Participate in design (HLD/LLD), development, code reviews & unit testing
Support deployments and production (L2 support, RCA, SLA adherence)
Maintain technical documentation and coding standards
Collaborate with functional, BASIS, and global stakeholders"
