Job Responsibilities

● Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, identifying new market opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the company's products meet the needs of the market.

● Conducting thorough market research to identify recent opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.

● Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.

● Analyzing customer needs and feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

● Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and partners.

● Working closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts.

Job Requirements

● Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital,

print, and events.

● Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, leveraging ATL/BTL tactics to drive brand promotion and lead generation.





● Overseeing the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.

● Managing the company's online presence, including website content, social media, and online advertising.

● Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance and adjusting strategies as needed.

● Preparing regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and marketing performance.

● Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market insights.

Good to have Skills

● High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams

● Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies

● Proficiency in using CRM software for data analysis and reporting purposes.

6 days working culture, with second saturday off

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
