We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to manage our end-to-end digital marketing and support operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running paid campaigns, improving organic visibility, handling customer queries, and supporting administrative tasks including cold email outreach.

Role & responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Conversion tracking)
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns from setup to performance analysis
- Handle On-Page SEO (keyword optimization, meta tags, content structuring) and Off-Page SEO (backlinks, directory submissions, guest posting)
- Manage customer support queries via email/chat/calls in a timely and professional manner
- Handle cold emailing campaigns for author acquisition, editorial board outreach, and related activities
- Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, SEO rankings, and outreach metrics
- Use AI tools to improve content creation, campaign optimization, and productivity




- Maintain documentation using MS Word, Excel, and other office tools

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of On-Page and Off-Page SEO techniques
- Good command of MS Office tools, especially MS Word (formatting, documentation)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) for content and productivity
- Solid written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Experience with cold emailing / outreach tools is a plus
- Prior experience in customer support or client handling preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field preferred

Good to Have

- Familiarity with WordPress or website content management
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)

Pay: ₹16,073.34 - ₹43,252.13 per month
