We are seeking a skilled L2 Identity &

- Access Security Engineer with strong operational experience in RSA Authentication Manager (RSA SecurID) as the primary skill and exposure to Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) as secondary skills. The candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions, user authentication infrastructure, remote access security, and cloud security platforms. The role requires close coordination with Service Desk, Network Security, IAM, Infrastructure, Application, and End-User Computing teams.

Key Responsibilities

RSA Authentication Manager Administration (Primary Skill) • Provide L2 operational support for RSA Authentication Manager infrastructure.

- Manage and troubleshoot RSA SecurID authentication issues.
- Administer:
- RSA Authentication Manager, RSA SecurID Tokens (Hardware &
- Software) Token Provisioning and Assignment, Token Replacement and Revocation, User Authentication Policies, Identity Sources Integration, Risk-Based Authentication Policies, Support MFA enrollment and registration activities, Troubleshoot token synchronization issues, Resolve authentication failures for VPN, Citrix, VDI, and enterprise applications, Perform user lifecycle management activities, Generate authentication and compliance reports, Assist with RSA upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities. Identity &
- Access Management Operations • Handle user authentication incidents and service requests, Investigate login failures and account lockout issues, Validate access requests in accordance with security policies, Support password reset and token replacement activities, Monitor MFA system health and availability, Participate in onboarding and offboarding activities Maintain security and audit documentation.

Zscaler

Administration (Secondary Skill) Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) • Troubleshoot internet access issues, Manage URL filtering policies, Review web access logs and user activity,



Assist with SSL inspection and cloud firewall troubleshooting, Support user onboarding and policy administration.

Zscaler Private

Access (ZPA) • Troubleshoot private application access issues, Monitor App Connector health, Support application onboarding, Assist in access policy administration, Investigate user authentication and connectivity problems.

Incident Management

Skill Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on RSA Authentication Manager administration experience, Experience supporting enterprise MFA environments, Minimum 1 year of exposure to Zscaler ZIA/ZPA environments, Experience supporting VPN and remote access authentication, Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

Preferred Skills • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, CyberArk PAM, Duo Security, FortiGate , Firewall, Citrix ADC / NetScaler, ,VPN Technologies, ServiceNow, PowerShell Scripting, Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel Certifications (Preferred) RSA • RSA Certified Administrator (Preferred), RSA SecurID Administration Training Zscaler • Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator (ZCCA), Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCCP) Soft Skills • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, Excellent customer communication., Ability to interact with business users and technical teams, Good documentation and reporting skills, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities, Willingness to participate in rotational on-call support. Typical L2 Activities • Resolve RSA token synchronization issues, Provision and deprovision RSA SecurID tokens, Troubleshoot VPN MFA authentication failures, Investigate account lockouts and authentication errors, Support new user MFA enrollment activities, Troubleshoot ZIA web access issues, Resolve ZPA private application connectivity issues, Execute access-related change requests, Generate authentication and compliance reports, Coordinate with vendors during outages and escalations.
