Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding UG/PG and other educational programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course enquiries and admissions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Work towards achieving admission and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good convincing, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Education Counselling, Inside Sales, or Admissions will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
