About the RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who is creative, curious, and genuinely interested in social media and content.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. You’ll work closely with the team to plan and execute Lohakala’s social media presence, create engaging content, and explore new ways to grow our audience and strengthen the brand.

You won’t just be posting content—you’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, experiment with different formats, understand what works, and take ownership of projects.

What You’ll Do

- Help plan and manage Lohakala’s social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas, campaigns, reels, posts, stories, and other social media formats.
- Write captions, post copy, and other short-form content that reflects the brand’s voice.
- Create or coordinate basic visuals and short-form video content using tools such as Canva and simple video-editing applications.
- Assist with content shoots, product photography, behind-the-scenes content, and day-to-day brand storytelling when required.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions, and respond appropriately under guidance.
- Track basic social media performance and identify what type of content is generating better reach and engagement.
- Help maintain straightforward content calendars, performance reports, and campaign trackers.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, features,



and relevant cultural or digital trends.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and other brand-building initiatives.
- Bring new ideas to the table and actively participate in building Lohakala’s digital presence.

What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in social media, content, branding, and digital marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
- Strong written communication and an ability to write naturally and clearly.
- Creativity and an eye for good visuals, storytelling, and presentation.
- Ability to understand a brand and create content that feels consistent with its identity.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic video-editing skills are a plus.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take initiative.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Comfortable working on-site in Patna.
