Real Estate Virtual Assistant — Video Editing & Graphic Design

We are looking for a reliable, organized and creative full-time Virtual Assistant to support a busy Canadian real estate business.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage and update the CRM daily
- Organize client information, follow-ups and appointments
- Edit property videos, Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Create skilled property graphics, flyers, social-media posts and thumbnails
- Post property advertisements on Facebook Marketplace and social media
- Write concise property captions and marketing content
- Manage emails, calendars, reminders and transaction files
- Prepare basic real estate paperwork
- Perform online research and general administrative work
- Provide daily reports on completed and pending tasks

Required creative skills:

- Strong knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
- Strong Canva skills; Photoshop or Illustrator experience is an advantage
- Ability to create engaging videos with captions, transitions, music and branding
- Ability to design property advertisements, listing posts, brochures and flyers




- Positive understanding of fonts, colours, layouts and brand consistency
- Ability to resize content for Instagram, Facebook and Marketplace
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining professional quality

Other requirements:

- Good written and spoken English
- Strong computer, organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable and able to follow instructions
- Willing to learn Canadian real estate systems and paperwork
- Must be available during Canadian Pacific Time working hours
- Real estate, CRM or administrative experience is preferred

Working hours:

- Full-time, approximately eight hours per day
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support
- Canadian Pacific Time
