ARAIKA Channel Partners is a real estate consultancy that charges buyers zero brokerage. We help people buy their first home, build wealth through property, invest in Dubai, and go in together on shared land parcels - for clients across India and for NRIs buying back home.

We are hiring one Social Media & Content Intern. You will own how ARAIKA looks and sounds online, and you will sit next to the founder while learning how property deals actually work. Most people your age learn marketing from a course. You will learn it from real client calls, real site visits and your own numbers.

What you will do

- Shoot and edit 4 to 6 pieces of content a week: reels, site walkthroughs, founder videos. Your phone is the camera. We provide the mic, light and gimbal.
- Run our Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and WhatsApp. Post daily, reply to every DM and comment, follow up on every enquiry.
- Turn real estate maths into content people finish watching: EMIs, carpet vs built-up area, FSI, TDS when an NRI buys, what 50 lakh actually holds after ten years.
- Track every lead your content brings in, and be able to say which post brought it.
- Use AI tools properly, to analyse performance, draft variations, research keywords and read ad reports. You will have the tools and a founder who expects you to use them.
- Run small ad budgets and explain what you spent and what you learned.
- Sit in on client calls and site visits. This is the part you cannot get from a course.

What you earn

- 7,000 rupees per month, fixed
- 100 rupees for every qualified lead your content brings in
- 8,000 rupees per booking, paid to every member of the team, on every booking the company closes

It is not a share of a pool and it is not only on the deals you sourced. Every booking the company closes pays every person on the team. When we win, you win, whether the lead came from your reel or from the founder's phone.

The fixed part is the floor, not the ceiling.

How we work

- Pickleball once a week. We actually go!
- A laughter podcast we record in-house, badly, on purpose. You will be in it.
- Cheers on the house when a deal closes. Every deal.
- Shoot days out of the office, at real sites across the city.
- A small team, so nothing you make gets stuck in three levels of approval. You shoot it, you post it, you see the result the same week.

Who we are looking for

- You have made things people watched: a page, a channel, your own reels, a college fest account. Follower count does not matter. Finished work does.
- You can shoot and edit on a phone without waiting for an agency.
- You write like a person, not like a brochure.
- You are comfortable with numbers and not scared of a spreadsheet.
- You already use AI every day and can show us how.
- You can speak to a first-time buyer in Nagpur and an NRI in Dubai in the same week.
- Hindi and English required. Marathi is a strong advantage.

What you leave with An internship certificate, a portfolio with your name on it that you are free to show anywhere, a reference we will actually pick up the phone for, and a full-time offer at the end if you are good.

Education: Any graduate or final-year student. We care about your work, not your marks.
