Job Title: Social Media & Creative Strategist Manager

Experience: 6–7 years (Brand-side only; agency-only backgrounds will not be considered)

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media & Creative Strategist to own the brand's digital presence and creative direction. This is a brand-side role — you'll need to have sat inside a brand (not an agency) driving strategy, content, and performance end-to-end, with real ownership of outcomes rather than client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Strategy

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Define content pillars and maintain a consistent, premium brand voice.
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, community growth, enquiries, and conversions.
- Plan campaigns around jewellery launches, festivals, weddings, gifting occasions, and key brand moments.

- Creative Strategy & Content

- Develop fresh, premium, visually engaging content concepts.
- Create direction for Reels, carousels, static posts, Stories, product shoots,



campaigns, and digital launches.
- Craft robust hooks, storytelling concepts, campaign themes, captions, and CTAs.
- Build content that communicates craftsmanship, design, quality, and rarity — true to a luxury/premium jewellery brand.

- Analytics & Performance

- Track platform trends and performance metrics to refine strategy.
- Report on content and campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights.

Requirements

- 6–7 years of experience in social media & creative strategy, on the brand side (in-house at a brand, not an agency).
- Prior experience with premium/luxury, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content formats (Reels, carousels, Stories).
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and campaign conceptualization skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into strategy.
