- Drive Agile development best practices, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

- Oversee project planning, risk management, budgets, and technical challenges.

- Conduct technical reviews, provide mentorship, and support engineer performance development.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of software development experience with leadership experience managing engineering teams
n
- Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
n
- Robust stakeholder management and project planning skills
n
- Experience managing budgets, risks, timelines, and cross-functional teams
n
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
