Location: Mumbai / Ranchi

n

Experience: 3–8 years

n

CTC: ₹7–10 LPA + Incentives

n

Qualification

n

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Marketing, Real Estate or related discipline.

n

MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Generate qualified business leads.

n

Research potential clients and projects.

n

Arrange client meetings and presentations.

n

Follow up on leads, proposals and opportunities.

n

Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.

n

Conduct market and competitor research.

n

Support senior BD managers in client acquisition.

n

Develop databases of developers, government agencies, institutions and infrastructure companies.

n

Ideal Candidate

n

Solid communication, presentation, networking and follow-up skills. Candidates with experience in B2B consulting, architecture, engineering, real estate or infrastructure sales preferred.
