We are hiring for a New Age Digital General Insurance Company.

Role: Portfolio Manager

n

Reporting to: Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

n

Location: Mumbai

n

Experience- 7-11 years of core fixed income portfolio management experience in an Insurance company. Solid understanding of IRDAI investment regulations is highly desirable.

Preference- Candidates only from General Insurance / Health Insurance / Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities

- Manage portfolios across G-Secs, SDLs, PSU/Corporate Bonds, Money Market Instruments and Deposits.
n
- Develop and execute duration, yield-curve, credit and investment strategies.
n
- Build views on interest rates, inflation, liquidity and monetary policy and translate them into portfolio positioning.

- Identify opportunities across the yield curve and credit segments.
n
- Conduct credit analysis including financials, leverage, cash flows and debt-servicing ability.
n
- Monitor portfolio performance, concentration, liquidity and credit exposures.
n
- Drive carry, roll-down and capital-gain opportunities while managing risk.
n
- Present portfolio performance, market outlook and risk updates to the CIO / Investment Committee.
n
- Ensure compliance with Investment Policy, regulatory guidelines and governance requirements.
