BRIC DESIGN IS HIRING MID-LEVEL ARCHITECTS WITH 03-06 YEARS of EXPERIENCE in RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, and INSTITUTIONAL PROJECTS

n

JOB LOCATION: FORT, MUMBAI CENTRAL, MUMBAI

n

Qualifications: The Architect must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, be proficient in 2D (AUTOCAD) drawings, & practical software working with SketchUp, Photoshop, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and BOQ. Proficient in English.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

n

- Adept at basic site analysis, study, survey & measurements; convert the measurements into drawings, Models, and Presentations.
n
- Work on design development as per the briefings and sketches received from the Principal Architect
n
- Develop Detailed Working drawings, GFCs at all levels
n
- Develop PowerPoint Presentations,



and 3D models of assigned projects
n
- Proficient in 3ds Max
n
- Knowledge of Architectural finishes, materials, and Architectural drawing and planning elements
n
- Develop Bills of Quantity (BOQ) as per given budgets
n
- Open to Site visits for projects within and outside Mumbai
n
- To be the point of contact between the team and the Project Architect.
n
- Maintain a daily task list & Chronology report for assigned projects, discussing time allotments and schedules, and delegate and guide the junior architects.
n
- Robust personal ethics on work deliverables and timelines.
