Job Title: Junior Sales Executive – Real Estate Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in generating and qualifying leads through site visits, tele-calling, and online inquiries.

- Present and promote residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.

- Schedule and conduct property tours and client meetings.

- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.

- Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.

- Support senior sales staff in negotiations and documentation.

- Stay updated on current market trends, prices, and competitor offerings.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for events, campaigns, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- 0–2 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus).

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Robust presentation and client-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel locally and work on weekends if required.
