- Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct audits, order current products, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize loss or shrinkage.
- Customer Experience: Set excellent service standards, resolve escalated customer complaints, and cultivate a welcoming shopping environment.
- Compliance & Security: Enforce health and safety regulations, employment laws, and security measures to prevent theft.
