- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across South Indian states/regions .

- Source candidates through Naukri LinkedIn job portals referrals and social media .

- Handle South India hiring particularly candidates from Tamil Nadu Karnataka Kerala Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

- Conduct initial screening interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.

- Understand regional talent markets and effectively source local candidates .

- Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain hiring TAT.

- Manage offer roll-outs joining follow-ups and onboarding coordination.

Requirements

Required Skills:

- Must have experience in South Indian recruitment/hiring.





- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

- Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
