Job Role- Sr Operations Manager

n

Location: Marine Drive, Mumbai

n

Experience: 10-18 Years

Budget: 30-40 LPA

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Build enduring relationships with the clients and display an understanding of the client,

n

industry, business environment

n

n
- Responsible for P&L; of the department
n
- Track and review entire operations process, weighing them against the set business targets in
n

n

order to determine the effectiveness of any initiatives and implement necessary changes and

n

solutions

n

• Ensuring high quality customer experience with brief understanding and validation to design

n

projects development and coordination from concept to execution stages

n

• Take complete ownership of projects from start to finish. Manage customer negotiations and

n

payment

n

• Work closely with the client and your interior design and execution team to finalize the home

n

design, 3D designs, and GFC (Valuable for Construction) drawings. Ensure highest level of Design

n

quality along with client satisfaction is maintained

n

n
- Collaborate with team and be accountable for all deliverables of team members
n
- Develop strategic short/ long range plan to ensure on-time project completion
n
- Devise project management guidelines, review projects with various stakeholders, coordinate
n

n

staffing/scheduling, evaluate commercial project contracts, and establish milestones Plan,

n

monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure

n

efficient and timely completion of projects

n

• Collaborate with leadership in the development of performance goals and long-term

n

operational plans

n





• Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and

n

interdepartmental collaboration

n

• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity such as developing at

n

least 10 vendors in each category and complete their onboarding

n

n
- Hire and grow the team as per the organization requirements with Human Resources
n
- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for
n

n

improvement when necessary

n

• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide

n

visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for projects

n

• Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors

n

to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals

n

• Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and

n

implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs

n

• Uphold local governmental policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are

n

followed for all processes

n

Who Qualifies?

n

Education

n

n
- B.Arch/ B.E. (Civil) + PG/ Diploma in interior designing or project management
n
- Certification in Construction / Project Management
n

n

Experience

n

• 12–15+ years of overall experience, preferably from the interior design or luxury

n

residential projects industry

n

n
- Proven track record of end-to-end management of high-value residential projects
n
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing multiple projects
n

n
