Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site visits.
- Manage on-site supervision.
- Take in office measurements.
- Prepare estimates and BOQs.
- Plan and prepare technical drawings and construction layouts.
- Review work schedules and delegate work tasks.
- Organize construction materials and negotiate vendor contracts.
- Conduct preliminary inspections at potential construction sites.
- Gather data and write site reports and other necessary work documentation.
- Determine project feasibility and provide approval.
- Develop construction project budget estimates.
- Provide technical advice, and diagnose and resolve technical difficulties.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, construction crews, subcontractors, and other professionals.
- Conduct quality assurance and provide feedback.
