We are looking for an IT Strategy Professional with a focus on AI. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and driving Siemens IT Strategy, with AI as a core driver of transformation, innovation, productivity, and value creation.

You'll make an impact by :

- Shaping and advancing the Siemens IT Strategy by embedding AI as a strategic lever for transformation, productivity, innovation, and long-term value creation.
- Supporting the ONE Tech Company ambition by aligning AI-enabled initiatives with global IT priorities, enterprise technology direction, and business objectives.
- Translating trends in AI, generative AI, agentic AI, automation, data platforms, and emerging technologies into actionable strategic priorities and transformation roadmaps.
- Defining and driving AI transformation roadmaps with transparent milestones, measurable outcomes, adoption plans, and value-realization mechanisms.
- Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing scalable AI opportunities across IT, balancing business value, feasibility, scalability, risk, governance, data readiness, and organizational maturity.
- Driving AI-enabled transformation to improve IT effectiveness, decision-making, delivery models, operational perfection, user experience, and business impact.
- Enabling adoption of AI-driven capabilities by working closely with partners to ensure practical implementation, change readiness, measurable benefits, and sustainable value realization.
- Evolving IT operating models to support AI-enabled capabilities,



intelligent automation, new human-machine collaboration models, and future-ready ways of working.
- Strengthening governance for responsible AI across portfolio steering, investment prioritization, risk management, compliance, value tracking, and execution governance.
- Assessing operating-model and governance implications of AI transformation, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, controls, and multi-functional collaboration models.
- Aligning senior partners across businesses, functions, and regions through clear decision proposals, reasons, strategic options, and practical recommendations.
- Communicating the AI transformation narrative optimally to senior decision-makers, technology leaders, and broader partner groups.

What we're looking for :

- 12+ years of total experience, including 8+ years of relevant experience in AI strategy, digital strategy, IT strategy, technology transformation, or enterprise architecture.
- Experience shaping, assessing, or delivering AI-enabled transformation initiatives in corporate, consulting, or technology environments.
- Ability to translate AI and data-driven technologies into strategic priorities, business opportunities, use cases, and governance requirements.
- Ability to evaluate AI use cases based on value potential, feasibility, scalability, risk, data readiness, and strategic fit.
- Experience supporting strategic planning and execution in large, sophisticated, global IT or technology-driven organizations.
- Practical experience in AI governance, responsible AI principles, risk management, portfolio steering, or technology decision frameworks.
- Influence global partners through fluent English communication, clear options, recommendations, and multicultural collaboration.
