Restaurant Senior Steward – Resort

We are hiring a skilled and service-driven SENIOR STEWARD to our restaurant operations at the resort. The role involves order taking, managing service flow, handling guest concerns, coordinating staff, and ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, solid leadership qualities, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest order taking and service coordination
- Handling guest feedback and concerns
- Supervising restaurant staff during operations
- Ensuring service quality and SOP adherence
- Managing high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a similar role (resort/hotel preferred)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
